Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) allows investors to recover shares and dividends transferred after 7 years of unclaimed dividends.

When Shares Transfer to IEPF

If dividends remain unclaimed for 7 consecutive years, companies transfer shares to IEPF Authority.

3. Send documents to company
4. Company verification
5. IEPF approval
